Yanmar Tractor Manual

My friend has a small 2 cylinder Yanmar Tractor that he inherited.  It has seen better days for sure. Yesterday he started it up and had no throttle control.  The engine runs at a high r.p.m. regardless of the throttle setting.  I went and looked at it but have no manual on the pump.  Does anyone have any experience with these little engines?

What model?
I have a YM1110D Tractor. Great machine.
I have a manual for it somewhere but it's in Japanese.
If you think it will help I'll dig it up.

Thanks but my friend found a manual locally. I think the tractor is a 240.  His son decided to disassemble the injection pump to get it reprimed after running out of fuel. The rack seems to be out of adjustment.  The manual does not give rack settings but I think I can set it back anyway.
