parts for brand x saws

does anyone know about what if anything has brand saws  done about getting parts for the brand x saw, I have tried the business phone disconnected I just now am getting back to sawing after a couple strokes, my saw has set idle  for two yrs the down time has taken a tole on the saw if anyone can help I would appreciate the info thanks  tj
