Title: WM sequencing valve
Post by: Crossroads on July 27, 2019, 10:51:41 PM
A few weeks ago, I noticed a small leak near the sequencing valve. So, I tightened all the fittings in the area. Then on my last job, I noticed it dripping. Last night was the first opportunity I had to lol into it and found the valve to be cracked. Got on the phone with WM in Oregon, I figured since I had tried to tighten it, I would have to pay for the replacement. However they are shipping me the replacement parts overnight as Warrenty. In this day and age, it's hard to find a company that backs their products the way Woodmizer does. Thank you!

Good on them! I bet if you had not tightened them the first thing they would have asked is for you to try that.

I got the new valve Tuesday, but didn't get it installed until Wednesday and that's when I discovered the other valve was also cracked 😖 I called woodmizer in Portland again and left a voicemail with hopes that It would save some time. Sure enough, they came through again and had the second valve delivered by noon today. The grand total of both invoices was a whopping $0.00
