Windstorm in March wrecked the big pole barn, insurance came through, decided on a 30X40 more finished building. New updated electrical, insulated, steel lined, cement floor, decent windows..

Outside is done, electrical is next followed by insulation and steel lining the inside. The crew has been excellent, very happy!

I did not fall, there was a GRAVITY SURGE!

That is a nice-looking building.  It did not take them long.  I'm helping again on friend's pole barn project tomorrow.  We put up trusses and purlins a couple of weeks ago.  One more set of metal trusses and several more purlins tomorrow.  He probably should have hired your crew.

I wish I'da gone concrete floor on mine, though it would have added probably 10-15k. The gravel is fine...

That's a nice looking barn and very fast to be built! Great! Pretty much same colors as mine, though I think both my shades are a little darker.

Building looks great!  What'll be going into it once its done?

How far will the building crew travel?

Nice building,

I am probably going to have one put up this fall.
I haven't decided on 30x40 or  little bigger and 12 or 14' eaves.

I had 2 built when we had the farm, first had 12' sides, second was 14'. Now when we moved off the farm I needed a building I went 46' wide 64' long and 16' interior height, no regrets. The 16' interior allowed a nice 12x22 room in a back corner with stand up storage above it, even built a staircase alongside to access the upper area. The 16' sides also allowed 14' high doors.

I've got 16' sides and 14' doors too, it was so I could park the backhoe in there easily. 12' and lower sidewalls was significantly less expensive, but I didn't want to be forced to remember to lower the backhoe boom.

I mentioned my 12'x22' room in my building. I have it insulated and installed a mini-split heating & air conditioner, aside from the old recliner for breaks and a table for gun cleaning and little projects, I have a metal cabinet for storing paints and chemicals, temperature is 62 winter and 74 summer so things keep better. Also a mini fridge for beverages.

Thanks all! The idea of a smaller room inside has been discussed, would make a great area for chainsaw maintenance, workshop area for smaller projects, etc. The 12 ft. eaves allow anything I have to enter a 10 ft. door, plus storage above any smaller room that happens.
This machine with its 30 ft. work platform was a great aid to speed up the building process. The four man crew included 3 carpenters and a laborer, all working seamlessly. Very little ladder work.
A couple men on the platform, a cut man and a gofer, really slinging lumber and metal...
