Ok I have a question, Now I know about the big bore kits and have used them on a couple of my saws. Last night I was in the garage messing aroud with one of my saws, and was wondering does anybody know if a big bore kit for a 046 will bolt to a 044 base?

Not without a bit of machining work. Bolt pattern on the 460 jug is bigger and there are some clearance issues to deal with. A couple guys have done it but it's a project for sure.

I've done a couple. Definately takes a bit of planning & knowing how to get everything fitting with the proper clearances in the right places.
But you WILL like the power   :o
