Same issue and message for me as well.  Tried yesterday and again tonight.

I had the same thing, but when I went to my gallery the photo was there and I was able to post it.  Have y'all checked by chance?

I wanted to go to my gallery and saw the same thing. But there is a menu bar that said my gallery. That worked for me. I think there is a upload button on it too.
Yes I just checked and it looks like it would work.

Appears the gallery database crashed. I'm on it. My brain is not in code mode at the moment, so may take a bit to rewire it to figure out what to do.
