DRO on Norwood HD36V2

 Installed a Gaging Easy-view DRO on my Norwood HD36V2. Took me about 15 minutes to install with 3 pieces of 3m double sided tape. 

Taped the reading unit to the back of the scale support and taped the bottom of the DRO bar to the saw head. 

I may attach the top with a screw, but so far it working great with out it.

I am very interested to know long term results of this. And visibility of the DRO. I have considered the same thing but since my mill lives outside I have been leary about doing it.

I don't think it would last too long if left out in the weather;  I doubt it's waterproof. My mill is outside too, but I have a cover for it.
The one that Norwood sells must be water proof. Didn't feel like spending $300.

I installed one on my mill and found out it wouldn't work in cold weather. Forgot the brand name. 
Cook's MP-32, 20HP, 20' (modified w/ power feed, up/down, loader/turner)
DH kiln, CatClaw setter and sharpener, tandem trailer, log arch, tractor, thumb tacks
