Fastener for chain brake Eager Beaver Power Mac 300

I recently bought a McCollough Eager Beaver Power Mac 300 chain saw at a yard sale. It runs nice and cuts well. However on my fist use a fastener to the left side of the chain brake must have been loose an vibrated out? The hole in the chain brake is a through hole without a counterbore so I'm thinking it cannot just be a screw as there is no counterbored step to catch the screw on. Does anyone know what fastener holds the left side of the chain brake on?
