Fecon FTX 200

Hello and thanks for being here. I am planning on getting into forestry mulching business. I have never mulched a thing in my life but have been in the tree care industry for 15 years now. While I really love what I do... hiring and retaining skilled employees has been a nightmare. I would like to transition to forestry mulching full time as a one man show.

From what I have learned about compact track loaders... I do not want to go that route. I am interested in doing this the right way, so, how I see it that leaves me with buying a dedicated machine.

I have so many questions I don't know where to start. I have tried searching "forestry mulching" on here but have not found what I was hoping to find.

The two machines that stand out to me are Fecon FTX 200, Prinoth Raptor 200 as these fit my budget/ ability to tow behind a class 6/7 truck with my CDL A.

Has anyone used either of these machines? Any input or advice is much appreciated. Thank you!
