Nope, I did not do it myself.  I took 45 lb. of trimmed venison to the meat market.  He added 40 lb. of pork trimmings which produced enough sausage to last three families until next time.   food6

Beats the heck outa store bought. You just can't get a good sausage around where I live. I had to learn to make my own. Lot's of work but very rewarding.
