Folks,

I am pretty sure that I saw that someone had modified their LT-15 to add a log loading winch, but just can't find the thread. Does anyone have some info on this? I'm thinking about a similar modification and am looking for ideas.

It's on a Norwood, but the same principle should be compatible with the LT15
