Red pine? Really don't know softwoods very well.

The redwoods are about 6 feet high and 5 years old. Would need a big little dome  :) They are the only ones who live outdoors. They were an unexpected and generous gift.

The SYP are 10 years old. One's 8' tall the other about 5'. I keep them a little pot-bound so they won't take off too fast. Also have several citrus trees. They get scale bugs and those are a pain.
Used to have a bald cypress I grew from seed but I couldn't keep it wet enough and it only lived a few years.

I would love to get some more Longleaf Yellow Pine and Cypress cones if someone would send them, I'd pay postage  ;D

And I forgot the avocados. These are new this spring. I've grown lots in the past but they don't really like the backwards life of an indoor plant.

One is Florida and one Haas type.
