« on: April 25, 2012, 07:31:45 PM »
I have a older dr wood splitter and the flying fan to cool the pump motor broke. Its made of plastic and wouldn't you know it dr no longer has that part. Any one have any suggestions as to where to find one dr 's # 182301. Its just a fan with a 5/8 ' shaft flat on one side 1" long and 5" diameter held on with a slip ring keeper. 8)

I have no idea on where to begin to help you with this.   :) Sorry.

But I would like to WELCOME you to the Forestry Forum.

Someone on here will probably have an idea on how you can solve your problem without the original part.

Good Luck. David

First, Welcome to the Forestry Forum.

I Googled that part# and found this:  DR part# 182301

That may not be it, but it is worth a call to find out.
