John Deere 490 4 Roller Fabtek Track Tensioner Reseal

Good Morning,

Having trouble with one track not staying tight, occasionally runs off.  Just wondering if anyone had any advice on re-sealing a track tensioner for a John Deere 490 carrier.

Pulled the tensioner out this weekend found the end cap very loose with only two of the four bolts remaining, one of the seals were blown out.  Waiting on the seal kit this week, any help greatly appreciated.
