  I like to wait for small, compact racks as they are much easier to drag through the brush. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. My brother would say "any blind fool could see those antlers, it takes a real hunter to see spikes".

Antlers are over rated. And ya can't eatum.  I once par boiled a set for three days and they still were inedible ;D
