For a one-off special duty saw, I'd consider used. I was looking for one as an office saw, but the one craigslist flake I contacted didn't get back to me. Ended up with a brand new poulanpro from a pawn shop

Ok...I gotta ask...I do lots of field work and enough office work to feel like I've seen everything, and I've never found a use for a saw at the office. So this has got to be an established phrase that I've just never heard? What is an "office saw?"

I'm a land surveyor, and our office is on a farm, so for my own amusement, I clean up around the farm and cut wood when time allows. I never know when I'll get time, so I prefer to keep a saw there rather than haul one to and from my house. I do keep a 2511t in my truck, but it's a little small for a lot of stuff, and I don't want to beat it up too bad cutting junk. I had a 362 at the office, but it got stolen along with my brushcutter. I don't want to keep anything expensive there anymore.
