The drive side blade guide keeps working loose were you make the vertical adjustments going to try loctite is anybody else have a good suggestion on how to keep this from working loose Other than going to the new high performance guides
Working loose indicated that there is something keeping something from getting tight. Take everything apart and give it a good wire brushing and cleaning. Is there anything rusted away? No need for Loctite. Properly tightened will not loosen.
Are both locknuts on? Top and bottom?
This has been a problem since the beginning. Have replaced entire guide roller mounting assembly. My blade seems to have flutter in it but saws fine. Replacing B57s to see if that helps. All bearing seem fine. Thanks for suggestions.
By "flutter" are you describing blade oscillation before it enters the log? If so blade tension can/will affect this oscillation.
Earlier you were questioning the guide working loose? Is this still a problem?
So far ok with loctite
