Mushroom around Blue Spruce

This mushroom is growing in a ring around a Blue Spruce in my yard. Soil is clay and it's been wet now for months. Anyone Know anything about it and its' relationship with the tree ? In Central New York.

I tried to delete the duplicate photos with no luck. I did not sample them and I've lived to tell about it.

Possibly some form of Pleurotaceae according to Picture This.  Like @texas ranger said…oyster mushroom.
