I'm planning to build a fairly ambitious two story home and I'm having a bit of difficulty in getting plans drawn up or even purchasing pre-drawn ones.

Can someone point me in the right direction of maybe a forum member who can draw up plans or even a commercial company. Obviously I'm willing to pay. As of now I'm wanting a two story, with a loft, simple rectangle 3-3.5k sq ft. Timbers will most likely be Eastern white pine

This will be in Kentucky. I won't need an engineering stamp, just the frame erection and shop drawings for the timbers.
