I was a little better than slim in those days but nothing like now. I sure wish I could get some of those years back.  I was #16 and my best buddy was #10.  Jerry and I were the Guards.

   LOLOL! My friend Liz at work is presently more than a little chubby- earnestly trying to lose weight and still at the point where when she walks up the hill to work she is sweatin' and dyin'- but she played softball with the work team the other day and totally faked them out. Seems she'd played a bunch in HS and nobody knew it- they all came in close and she faked them out entirely batting, catching, and throwing (Ok, she's still working on the running)..

  As she put it- 'It ain't over til the fat lady sings!'- and she's qualified to say it 8) 8) 8)   lw
