I would like to get a copy of this book but can not pull the trigger on $100, does anyone know of an outlet to buy it cheaper?

Write to your congressman and ask him/her to seek a copy for you. Give all the info they would need to locate the right one. Will be surprised if this does not work. But plead your case and how you plan to use it.
