Tam-i-am

do you remember these girls women?

They still compete but now they have taken their talent on the road.  Axewomen now tour the country performing at different fairs, shows and events.
Here is a link to their website www.axewomen.com

Their show needs logs.  Now it would be ideal to get logs near the shows so I was hoping that FF members might offer a hand making those connections for the lovely ladies.  Alissa and all the Axewomen sure would appreciate it.

Thanks
Tammy

If ever in Virginia, I'll have any logs they need on our land.
In that first picture, the one on the right needs to get some chaps! ;)

I'm sure they could make a ton of log tottin connections at the pigroast. Too bad they will be in Wyoming. :)

I knew the FF members would come  through.  ;D

I hope Alissa becomes a member and then she can post where and when she is looking for logs.

Thanks

What species do they prefer? And which do they stay away from?

And am wondering if it is unfair competition if a Logrite peavey is used rather than some that were in their photo gallery?

The girls do compete with Logrite racing peaveys.
Here are the girls with their racing peaveys after they competed in Boonville.

I'll ask Alissa about the species of logs they are looking for.

The girls use poplar and aspen.  White oak pine also works.

Jeff

Are you sure they didn't mean white pine?  That is quite a skip from poplar and aspen to white oak.

sorry sorry sorry

It is white pine that they use.

Bad habit.  As I like white oak logs for the fire.
