Am I the only one having this LT28 problem?

I have now broken 2 brake springs on my LT28.  Actully 4 because I used wire to reconnect the spring and then the other end would break.  I talked to Woodmizer about this and they said that they would investigate and get back to me.  That was 2 weeks ago.  No reply yet.  Just broke another one this morning.  Actually the replacement spring that they sent me will not work and I had to wire it on also.  Surely someone else with a new LT28  is having the same problem.

I picked up my mill on April 27 and have yet to have any problems with it other than the choke knob wanting to come out, when I retracted the saw head. Fixed it and all has been well ever since.
