Stihl chainsaw tensioner parts

the locking bolt and the center bearing (the 2 silverish pieces in the attached pdf file/pic), are they typically available for purchase without buying the entire assembly? they're both missing on a chainsaw (Stihl MS211) i'm trying to get operational again. my apologies for having to put the pic in a pdf but this forum doesn't allow pics to be attached.
