Got a McCullough 10–10 the starting spring and all other parts gone. What I was wondering is will the 250 parts interchange with 10-10? How long is blade on 250.

I don't know if the starting items will transfer, but I know the two series of saws are really completely different.  The 250 is considered a large frame saw and the 10-10 is not.   The bar for the 250 that is on mine is a 20 inch roller nose bar, which it came with from the factory.  The bar for the 250 is designed for McCulloch large frame saws.  I don't think the 10-10 is considered a large frame saw, so it will need work to fit.

Completely different saws parts do not interchange .You can find a spring if you look long enough or depending where it's broken reform the hook by heating it up and bending it .Both saws were mass produced and there should plenty of parts floating around although often times on forums they are rather proud of them price wise .

Per acresinternet.com, the bar length on a Mac 250 was 12, 18, or 24 inches.
