I'd like to add a contact strip ,solenoid, and fuse to my to my 1997 LT30 manual mill.I've added an external alternator and would like to add some hydraulic functions.Has anyone done this? What's the degree of difficulty?
Thanks,

I just added a second contact strip, second hydraulic pump, solenoid, fuse, & external battery to my LT40. My mill started out as a LT40 manual with hydraulic log loader. Now, it is a double pumped fully hydraulic mill. Level of difficulty depends on your experience. I used all factory parts that bolted on easily. The frame modification for the two-plane clamp was done by a fabrication shop as welding is outside of my skill set.
