Mahogany porch floor finish help

The floor is holding up great! We have two dogs that love to be out there with us so there are scratches but the finish still looks good and water beads up on it well. We'll see what the winter weather does to it this year but if it's anything like last year, I am expecting to be able to get another season out of it before I have to think about refinishing it.

I did not have an inspection (but rest assured the assessor saw it and taxed us accordingly!) but I had all the paperwork and independent study results from the testing of the screen just in case. I don't think it would be an issue...
