Oh no.    I'd try to call her this summer when I was hurt and got nothing. I had no idea. Like with Kevin, he just disappeared.  I still have no idea about Kevin. Tammy is goona be sick.

I had chatted with her on FB but she was getting less and less responsive and hadn't heard for awhile but looked in this morning. I'd send her pics and such from our lives here. She said she enjoyed the reading but struggled to type

I called and chatted with her last about a year ago, and she was having a rough time seeing and thinking. She blamed covid on the fog, asI do.

This is so sad to read.  Jeff and I had discussed her absence and I had tried unsuccessfully several times to contact her.  I loved reading about her family and her "Cowboy Bob".

Rest in Peace Roxie.

My email on the Forum goes is my wife's email, because when I joined the Forum I didn't have one of my own. Well, over the years Roxie would send me a PM about one of my posts. One was she wanted to tell me how cute she thought the video of my boy sitting on my lap running the forwarder was.

Anyways, on several occasions my wife asked me, "who is this Roxie that is sending you messages?" Don't worry, it's just a Forestry Forum friend, dear😊

Roxie sent me quite a few encouraging notes over the years, and I will miss that.

This news is a real shock, like many of you I had no idea she was ailing.

I'll miss (and already have) her straight forward approach to so many threads here on the Forestry Forum!

I made a comment on the forum that Roxie took offense too, I don't remember it but probably military.  She nibbled on me for a while before I told her I was a vet and she understood the comment.  She could skin you alive and then offer the salve.  Never met her, but a lady of top quality.

Sorry to see our dear member had passed away. I have had a bad feeling she was ailing from something as she was not posting for quite some time. What a loss. She loved pictures of hanging wool underwear.  yikes_smiley yikes_smiley ffcheesy ffcheesy ffcheesy
