The new board off loader are a great idea but the flange nuts bind against the weld, and the spacing for the ML26 from the bunk edge should be greater than 1 3/4 as there is contact with the bunk mounting bolts which due to the bunk mounting bolts and the offroller flange nut being so far back cause the offloader to get stuck in a somewhat half up position then it should be down.

Vs 1 3/4 I went to 2 5/8, and ground the flange on the nut on one and its works slick as can be. 

A washer behind the mounting nut and a flange nut with a less diameter will do wonders.
