It was one year ago I posted the "Brown thread". How many shades of brown could I develop on beetle kill pine for a specific project with textured wood, uniform consistency, 6500 sq. ft. with a VOC compliant finish for a project in Los Angeles. I got back some photos today of the nearly completed project, $155mil gross construction costs and a rent structure that is insane. The powers that be, for whom I developed "brown" asked me to get ready for "brown" project #2. We will be bringing in the timber, sawing and selecting starting next week. You gotta love brown!
