Speaking of marketing, Tom,
What do you suppose it would be worth to run one of those logs across your mill?  Remember to factor in the aussie fine as a business expense  ;D.  Can you imagine some hiker out there stopping in a nice batch of weird looking trees and chopping a little firewood then waking up with the tree wardens standing in line to hand him his disturbance of the trees fine  :o.  Shucks, what am I complaining about.  We've been of and on cutting a woods out here that we can't cut in at all from april 15 till september 15 each year for fear of disturbing the love life of local bats (batty alright).  I know folks that have these bats in their attics flying around half the winter, but we all know (if we ask the experts) that no self respecting bat would live in an attic or a spotted owl in a sign or barn  ::) ;).
