EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR POSITION

The Michigan Forest Resource Alliance, a state-wide forestry association is
seeking qualified candidates to serve as executive director.  Mission of
the organization is to provide forestry education and information.  This is
a full-time salaried position.  

Successful applicant must be self-motivated.  Forestry experience is a
plus.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.  Travel
included for approximately one-third of time, some overnight.

Compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Benefits
include: paid vacation, mileage reimbursement on vehicle, travel expense
account and flexible hours.

MFRA HIRES NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Jodi Kaiser of St. Ignace will begin working as Executive Director for the Michigan Forest Resource Alliance on January 4, 2001.  Jodi has earned both Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Forestry from Michigan Technological University.  Her most recent job experience was as Forest Resource Specialist for the Michigan United Conservation Clubs.
