 i have a question for the experts on this forum. i know there is always someone with the answer to every question wherther it is right or not. i have an old frick sawmill edger with carbide  inserted teeth. is there an inexpencive (meaning cheap) stone or something to sharpen them with?

There is a hand crank sharpener  you might check with Menominee saw
