What do these blades go to?

Anyone have a clue what these blades go to? I suspect mabe an edger.



 
'98 LT40HDD/Lombardini, Case 580L, Cat D4C, JD 3032 tractor, JD 5410 tractor, Husky 346, 372 and 562XP's. Stihl MS180 and MS361, 1998 and 2006 3/4 Ton 5.9 Cummins 4x4's, 1989 Dodge D100 w/ 318, and a 1966 Chevy C60 w/ dump bed.

The one on top came off of my camper when I came through Harrison in 1993.  :-\

They look like blades from a gang resaw. Edger blades usually don't have the key slot in them.

I vote gang rip or single bladed straight line rip saw.  I've seen them with blades just like that, wipers and keys lots.

Probably a gang saw , but some edgers do use strobe blades ( slotted ).
Thirty plus years in the sawmill/millwork business. A sore back and arthritic fingers to prove it!

The guy that sold them didn't know what they went to. He picked up a large number of them at a now defunct sawmill.

   I have sold/given many away to knife makers . The strobed slots are a turn-off for the décor people.

Gangsaw blades + defunct sawmill = Pallets or Pallet shop. One of the biggest sawmill killers.
