anyone near wellsboro (+/- 40 minutes)

My wife and I are seriously considering leaving this city area crap and moving up to Wellsboro Pennsylvania.  Anybody looking for some full or part time help or know of any local jobs in the area?  Unfortunately I don't have much experience, but I am a fast learner and a hard worker.  Currently in the military, so I take orders well.

Why Wellsboro?  I was over around Morris Run for awhile.  The area didn't have a whole lot of work, especially after Borden's moved out.  

There is a timber frame outfit on the other side of Mansfield.  I was through their shop and it was a real interesting place.  With your woodworking interests, this might be a good place to start.  I can't remember the name offhand.

Some big mills up around Ulysses and Galeton.  Not much in Tioga county.  GP closed down their one operation.
