I'll have to check to be sure but I believe a #5 Corley has six inch belts in the feedworks and a 42" wide carriage.

havent been back up there since i took the last pics.. Been thinking about it all the time though.. Also been thinking i might just go and talk to the old guy that owns it all and see what prices he thinking for it all

If he doesn't want to deal you can always get yourself a nice entry Bandmill.
It would be nice to secure that mill along with the land if you can talk him into it.
After all, it doesn't look like he is using it.  Good luck, time is on your side.
