Welcome to the forum!

If you have visually noticed that one of the wheels on your skidder is loose to the point of wobbling there is a good chance that at least one of the hub bearings failed. This is easy to verify. Pull the drain plug on the outboard planetary unit and drain the oil. Check for metal fragments in the oil and on the end of the magnetized drain plug. If fragments are found the hub and planetary unit should be completely disassembled and inspected for damage.
