Time to chum the waters a little bit....

If a forum member wins the auction, I will send along this additional birdhouse...

The house is Purpleheart and the roof is Spalted Maple.  These two birdies are neighbors on the ornament tree and they don't want to be seperated. :)

I do what the little voices in my wife's head tell me to do.

Whew - doggies - two for the price of one - hmmm....

Metalspinner - what you SHOULD have done is offered the second bird house to the second place bidder, as a consolation prize for losing!  <grin>

Still almost two days to go though... and it would arrive in time for Christmas...

From the looks of those pretty little bird houses, it's going to take a mighty effort to keep them from going to an outsider.

Under 25 minutes now...we'll see if it gets interesting in the last five minutes.   ;D

I'm just sitting back watching the fun...might pop myself up some popcorn and watch the festivities.  Though it could well be that the fireworks already happened...   ;D

This is like watching the Clint Eastwood movie High Noon.  Two gunslingers staring each other down waiting for the other to twitch... :D

Well....I got a couple new ornaments now...I'll make sure they are well cared for. Jill and I have a collection of turnings from turners that are not so famous but do extrordinary work. I do believe these will fit in nicely. ;) ;)
I won't be copying them...They're too small. Ya gotta remember I have a truck repair business too...I like doing BIG stuff... ;D ;D ;D

That was a lot of fun, even though it cost me more money......It was a better deal than goin' ta da Casino... :D :D :D

And it'll be doing more good to.....here's to another great year on the forum... smiley_beertoast smiley_beertoast smiley_beertoast  Thanks Jeff.... ;D ;D

Burlkraft,

I hear you on the work side of it. ::)

Now my idea of copying something usually involves calling whoever made it in the first place and ordering another one.  They are much better at it than I am. 8) 8) ;D
