Anyone near Durant, Ok?

There's a Conley Manufacturing circlesaw mill for sale near Durant that I'm interested in.  The problem is, I'm 12 hours away and don't to make a trip for something that's worthless.  Is there anyone here that's nearby and knowledgeable about these mills that would be willing to take a look at it for me and give me your opinion?  I'm happy to pay for the time and knowledge.
