The chunks of meat with the onions positioned just right at 5:00 and 7:00 made me think you were cooking rats.... yikes_smileyto answer the next, obvious question - yes I do know what they look like when cooked, and no they don't taste like chicken.  You brought back some repressed memories with that photo....

But the finished product does look good!!
