neibor got log pen barn with log pen twice as high barn had excellent roof no leeks . now question logs had not been slabed stil in excellent shape ..what worth after slabed

Probably worth more as a log pen barn that’s taken down carefully and rebuilt as a high end home for someone. 

Not a lot of info to go on in your question but maybe someone will take a stab at it.
