Never explain, your friends don't need it, and your enemies won't believe you any way.

For anyone looking for Butchering supplies, Knives or Sausage Seasonings before hunting season looks like our new sponsor has you covered also. :)
If you've never had a 6 inch boning knife and a steel to go along with it for preparing Meats before your cooking, the task is so much easier.  There is no comparison.  It's the right tool for the job.

Roxie

Mooseherder thanks for the heads up about the cutlery and seasonings!  I see the Sweet Italian Sausage mix that we need.

Yes, Kasco, welcome to the forum.

I too noticed that after checking out their website (on the ball as always  ::)), we will be doing business soon.  I've been looking for a good steel and a few knives for a good while for butchering, know where I'm getting them now.  Also have a friend that's in need of some grinder parts, found them too  ;D.  Thanks again

sawwood

Welcome to the forum Kasco.  I sent a request for info on a blade for our Norwood
and they called to day. They said they are sending a couple of blades to try, didn't
even ask for a sample. Grate company and the lady was very helpful
