Ended up on the Wood Doctor site today and was surprised to see that they no longer build an outdoor wood furnace but are now building outdoor wood and coal boilers?????? This is not something I expected, I thought that everyone stayed away from pressurized vessels because of regulation headaches.

I had a pressurized unit in my other house. I have a non pressurized OWB now. I only had one boil over with my OWB. A piece of "clinker" was caught in the back flapper and kept it open. Only happened that once. My indoor one I would blow off every so often. Just from trying to burn softwood in it.
