Title: Need help identifying
Post by: Ironmower on November 16, 2009, 06:44:29 AM
Had a friend give me an older Sachs-dolmar saw, mid 90's I think. I can't find no tag/model no. My friend told me, he couldn't remember what it was. Just that it's wore out ( no compression). I have already disassembled it, it has a 52mm jug and a 2 ring piston. The jug and piston are fine, but the rings are shot. Probably due to the "flock" beiing gone off the air filter. There are some numbers on the jug, is there anyway to identify the model no. from these numbers? I also need a fuel line, air filter and throttle cable. Any help would be greatly apperciated.

If it would help, I can take some pics. THANKS
