Just finished the timber framing members. I cheated using metal brackets instead of mortise and tenon. 16'x36' - probably should have gone bigger, I know...

You're off to a great start.
Is there space for an edger once you have the LT40 in there?
I am jealous of you Southern guys being able to work in T-shirts in December.

Had to build the shed for the LT50 electric I've had on order that just came in! Figured since I had three phase power, the electric mill was a no-brainer. Hopefully get the roof done this weekend, run power next week and pick up the new mill Friday - that's the plan!

Clear NOT JUST another sawmill shed!  It's mighty fine!

Under bark there's boards and beams, somewhere in between.
Cuttin' while its green, through a steady sawdust stream.

The wide opening on the side has what looks like an I-beam for the header.
@stanmillnc was wondering how wide the opening is and the height/width of the steel.
Did you allow for the big snow load in your part of the States?

Great job! I like your design. I'm standing posts up today for mine, but utilizing standard garage trusses instead. Your shed will look nicer than mine!
