Proposed ban on hunting and and snowmobiling due to recent lawsuit. The HMNF needs public input and support to continue with the No Action Alternative.

These post-card suits and nut-case federal judges have been wagging the tail of the USFS for many years, so not surprising that it continues. Maybe "up-in-arms" will not just be an expression here.  : :  And the "progressives" see these judge actions as etched in concrete even tho they may alter the meaning of the constitution.

One judge has also stopped the wolf seasons by hunting to happen.  Seems these judges want to go down in the history files as doing something impressive, and such actions are for the notoriety of their career.

I noticed (read) where the judge just shot in AZ was one that didn't make judgements that were notorious for his fame. Unfortunately, he will be remembered for giving up his life to a deranged nut.
