Stihl Made A Tractor

I just saw a Write up in Farm Show that Stihl made a tractor. Only 2000 were built between 1949 and 1962. It was a model 381S only 6known to be in the US. It is a 2-stroke diesel.
There is a picture in the farm show paper. I don't think i'm aloud to copy the pic it maybe copyrighted.

Add my name to the "had no idea" list, thanks ford-man.
Andreas (that guy has such a good name) seems to have designed it to be in the Ford 8N/9N size range and to be a strong pulling machine.
Diesel.
Super wide draw bar.
Look at the size of that pin hitch.

Maybe the design was for woodlot small tree harvest?  Which would explain the position of pride for the chainsaw on the fender.

There is a video of a diesel running.  I too wasn't aware Stihl made a tractor.

Old doesn't bother me, its the ugly that's a real bummer.
