Once again Great customer service from woodmizer

I had another great experience with woodmizer today. I have been needing to call and get another muffler ordered for my lt 15 for about 7 months but it just never crosses my mind while I have the time. Well today it dawned on me so I called woodmizer at 4pm central time and spoke to don. He told me that was covered under warranty and they have been having a little trouble with that model muffler and they would get me one in the mail soon covered under warranty. Well soon meant before 5 pm rolled around I got an email from ups saying they had gotten the shipping notification. Talk about customer service. Those guys at woodmizer got it going on.

I would not have expected anything less.

Good post Jeremy! You should have asked for the chrome side pipes kit!  :D

I didnt ask for chrome pipes but I did ask if that warranty would qualify for me a free upgrade to a lt40 hyd. Needless to say he just laughed.

I have to add a little story here, unfortunately I can't say I'm lucky enough to own one of their mills but I did recently acquire a 60" cant hook from them.  Anyway I got home from work one night and low and behold there was the long cardboard cylinder leaning against the house, I opened it with great enthusiasm to find my new cant hook didn't have a hook  :D.  I called them the next morning and talked to a very nice woman, told her about what had happened and her response gave me a chuckle for the rest of the day.  "Oh....well....so you still can't hook can you?"  :D  They had me fixed up in no time with a new one, I told her it was no rush but it was here a few days later anyway.  Now if only the customer's service was as good as theirs they'd of had the faulty one back 2 weeks ago  ::).  Don't worry it's on the way, I promise.

By not including the hook, maybe they just wanted you to break it in gently!  ;D
