Hiya guys, been a while since I posted here!

I wondered if anyone has a reliable solution to putting a bandsawn finish on a dressed board without splitting the board.

We occasionally do weather board runs and have found the simplest way to do it is mill double wide blanks, dry them, resaw down the middle (so the cruddy dried/sticker shadowed surface is gone) then machine the profile with that bandsaw finish on the bed without touching it obviously.Read More

Does anybody know why the water jacket (fins) in the back of the CB are just a sticky mess of creosote. when you look at all the cleaning videos, guys say it is just crust and it just scrapes off - not in my case!

I suspect my problem is burning wood constantly at 600degrees in the reactoin chamber - my issue is my fan needs to be replaced so i ordered a new fan which CB says blows at 300+ CFM. The fan i have been using is a dayton and it blows at 150CFM. Read More

A friend tried heating the blade guide with a torch and drilled and used and EZ out but the head of the bolt broke off. I decided to give a try myself and purchased an EZ out that...

I installed a Blower System for my LT 70 Mill that was (engineered) by a blower company for my application...
I have 6" hose going up 16' into the trusses then 7" duct going 25' to blower then 6" duct blowing downhill 45' to sawdust building.
I know this is allot of distance to move sawdust that's why I paid to have it engineered.Read More
