I have to be honest. I actually laughed at some of these.

If I knew none of those people weren't seriously hurt, I'd laugh.  Unfortunately, I think some of them were badly hurt.  Can't laugh at those but some good lessons in them.

Look up before felling and after the tree starts moving.
Get the heck away from the stump.
Don't depend on a ladder when cutting.
Think about what can happen, not just what you want to happen.

I agree.  some are funny but yes some you know that guy did not get up and dance.  the point of this thread is to remind us how fast things happen and not always in a way we anticipate.

i feel for us professionals if any accident happens, we have all been there, it's a dangerous job.

I don't feel for all the idiots who don't wanna pay a pro and just grab a chainsaw (which in my opinion is the most dangerous tool out there) and think they can fall a tree!

I'm not laughing at anyone getting hurt. However, you take the guy that had his shorts pulled down a little, that was a little funny.

some of the video's state that no one was seriously hurt.  but for those of us young enough to think we are fast enough and smart enough to avoid getting hurt, this shows how fast things happen in ways that are not anticipated.  Getting too comfortable after years of experience when we no longer move as fast as we once did, can be a danger as well.
